Dear 1Tract Client,

First, thank you for being a customer. It shows the importance you hold in ensuring all post-closing requirements are completed, and I join you in that. 1Tract's vision has always been to protect the consumer by offering the title provider with an affordable means to constantly monitor the requirements of a policy until their fulfillment.

Unfortunately, 1Tract has not been able to scale its customer base to achieve long term viability. As such, as of September 1, 2021, we will no longer accept new files. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes. For any prior files submitted, we will continue to monitor and advise of any outstanding issues through August, 2022. Access to the dashboard for these files will remain open for your viewing, as well.

We are proud of our efforts to pioneer post-closing requirement monitoring; bringing clarity and peace of mind to the title agent and are still passionate about this issue. Economically, we cannot continue in this endeavor, so it is with much sadness that we have chosen to cease our operations.
